Josh Hascher
PhD Student, Quantitative Marketing
Yale School of Management
Hello! My name is Josh Hascher, and I am a second-year PhD student in Quantitative Marketing at Yale School of Management (SOM). My current research interests include digital marketplaces; markets for "cultural products" like movies, music, books, etc.; and the intersection of marketing and behavioral economics.
Before joining SOM, I was an undergraduate research assistant in Dr. Ian Krajbich's Neuroeconomics Lab at Ohio State (now UCLA), then a predoctoral Research Professional at Chicago Booth under Professors Alex Imas and Steph Smith. My pre-PhD research topics included experimental design, incentives, and decisions involving risk using online and in-lab experiments.
